The participation fee is 100€. It will cover 4 nights of accommodation, each of the meals during the event, and transportation within the event, the entry ticket to the Air Show and the final dinner.
Travel costs to Paris will be covered by each participant. AS Paris will not provide accommodation outside of the event dates, however, feel free to contact us, we will help you to find a solution for any extra days.

The payment information will be provided to the participants via email, once confirmed. The fee should be payed within 14 days.

The first round of application starts. The applications are processed in a first come- first served way. To promote the diversity, priority will be given to the first 2 members of each (P)AS.

15th of April 2019 23:59 (UTC)

First round of application finishes, after this date, available places will be assigned to participants on the waiting list.

Participants on the participants list will be expected to confirm their application and must pay the fee. Participants will be admitted in first-come, first-served.

Cancellation Rules

28th of April 2019 23:59 (UTC)

Deadline for free cancellation. 75% of the fee (75€) will be refunded if the participant cancels after this date.

12th of May 2019 23:59 (UTC)

After this date, 50% of the fee (50€) will be refunded.

26th of May 2019 23:59 (UTC)

After this date, the fee will not be refunded.

Participants on the waiting list that are admitted due to a cancellation, will have one (1) week of free cancellation, from the moment the email of their acceptance is sent. After this week, the cancellation fee will be according to the periods listed above.
